Benefits of Becoming Qualified

Credibility and Authority: A relevant, up-to-date qualification is just as important as a fully stocked toolbox for an installation technician. It provides them with the credibility and authority to complete tasks effectively.
Safety and Competence: Qualified installation technicians possess the skills and knowledge to avoid safety issues. Their certification serves as documentation of their competence, providing assurance in the integrity of an installation.
Liability and Culpability: Unqualified installers are at a significant disadvantage when determining blame for accidents or incidents. Employers or contractors of unqualified installers may also face legal troubles.
Prioritising Technician Qualifications: MESF places a high priority on technician qualifications and accreditation. Independent qualification of aftermarket installation technicians is essential for consumer and business confidence.
Legal Obligations and Responsibility: Business owners have a legal obligation to ensure the safety of their employees. Using accredited and qualified technicians for safety-related devices is crucial to meet these responsibilities.
Confidence and Trust: Qualifications and accreditation instill confidence in product suppliers, vehicle owners, insurers, and others. They trust that they will receive a safe and efficient installation service.
